Thronar signed contract with German record label Twilight Vertrieb. Thronar is working on their new album "Unleash the fire" Probably released around April/May 2008.

Thronar started their recording for their new album (working title: To ride, kill and harvest) today!
They have signed a contract with Twilight Vertrieb.

Thronar is going into the studio to record a new album.
At the moment they are in negotiation with a german record label. Mostlikely they will sign here a record deal. More information on this will follow.
The recordings will take place at the end of Februari 2008.

After the departure of Koen some more changes in the line-up have been made.
Reamon will stop playing the guitar and will concentrate solely on the lead vocals. From now on some clean vocals will be introduced at our gigs.!
He will continueing writing music for Thronar.
With one of the positions for guitarist vacate Thronar has found a new guitarist, Kevin Olinga. He is a technically skilled guitarist with lots of experience. Some of you may know him of the power metal band "Travelers in time".

Last week Thronar and Koen decided that Koen will leave Thronar. From now on Thronar will go on without Koen. Koen and Thronar had different expectations which do unfortunatelly not match. This will not affect any planned gigs.
Reamon will take over the vocals.
Thronar thanks Koen for the battles we fought together.

He is going to take over the grunts from Otto and Reamon.

Joost has left Thronar due to lack of time and the musical direction of Thronar. Though, the drums on the coming album are still done by Joost. Joost did his last Thronar gig on the 25th of September. We thank Joost for the years he played with us and wish him all the best with his bands Bolthorn, Heidevolk and Autumnal Reaper.
